Description
I've noticed in http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk/wp-includes/post-thumbnail-template.php that $size defaults to 'post-thumbnail' instead of 'thumbnail.' I was pretty sure this is wrong and am now even more sure since seeing this:

'thumbnail' is a generic thumbnail that abides by the Media settings.
'post-thumbnail' is a size-specific thumbnail, created for Post-thumbnails in the case where the theme may have a different size in mind (ie. Twentyten header, or i might have a 100x250px post thumbnail for example).
