Inconsistent naming

Description

On the Super Admin -> Users menu, we're using two different terms for the same thing. Network admins are listed with "Super Admin" next to their name, but the action buttons say "Network Admin" (eg "Add Network Admins").

This is a bit confusing. We should choose either "Super Admin" or "Network Admin".
