Description

there is a bug here when using directories not subdomains:
when you delete a blog it saids:
I'm sure I want to permanently disable my blog, and I am aware I can never get it back or use example.com again.

It should say:

I'm sure I want to permanently disable my blog, and I am aware I can never get it back or use example.com/blogname again.

If you use subdomains, this blog does not exist

In 3.0 it's fixed with the patch from #12460.
