'Get shortlink' opens in text box popup

Description

If you click 'get shortcut' when editing a post, the popup box seems like you can change the shortcut.

I'm going to close this as wontfix for now. The reason it's shown in a prompt box (giving you an Ok and a Cancel button) is so the user can select the text regardless of what browser they're using (some browsers won't let you select text in an alert box).

Maybe we can look at giving this a better UI at some point.
