Css problem in manage themes

CSS problem with firefox(3.6.3),Chrome(5.0.342.9 beta), safari(4.0.5) in managed themes under network as Administrator.

Theme selector is broken under, all text there is as link, also is styled as tabs(only firefox)

OS: snow leopard 10.6.3

This should be fixed in trunk. I cant find the ticket that this was fixed in however.

Re-open if this exists with the latest nightly.

Found it:

[14001] Nest the HTML correctly on the Manage Themes page when the user does not have permission to Install themes. Fixes #12847
