Add menu item with accents

Description

When I try to add a menu item using accents, in this case a page with the title "Eventos Temáticos", the checkbox doesnt appear and I can't add at all.
in the search box I've noticed the encoding is wrong, something like "Eventos Temáticos"

I believe this was fixed in [14248]. Please check and re-open if that is not the case.
