This patch updates the rtl.css file for Twenty Ten and adds an editor-style-rtl.css file to match editor-style.css

Simpler font selection might be in order - Helvetica won't be usable in any RTL script, but might cause discrepancies if applied to Latin script mixed with RTL scripts.
