Pings on Scheduled Posts don't seem to be working (Feedburner)

Description
Ever since upgrading to 2.9/2.9.1/2.9.2, it seems that my feed gets out of sync with Feedburner, but only when I schedule posts. If I schedule a post, it's like Wordpress forgets to send a ping out, and I have to resync my feed at Feedburner to get the new posts to show up.
Posts show up fine on the site itself as well as in the site's generated RSS feed.
