Hover over slider on the left menu under the dashboard link gives the wrong mouse icon

Description

When you put your mouse over the slider on the left menu under the dashboard, the mouse icon becomes what it looks like when you want to resize a window. So I would expect that you can drag it. But no. It works with clicking. Either the functionality should be changed, or the mouse icon should be changed.

This is intended functionality, it simply shows the direction of movement when the menu is minimised. It does not indicate that the width may be dragged, or it would have an icon with arrows pointing in multiple (opposite) directions.
