Description

Create a menu 'foo, bar' and then add a menu item, after a reload or clicking button Save Menu the menu items is disappeared.

Fixed by passing menu tax term_id as int. Notice, it must actually be an integer and not a numeric string, since a taxonomy function calls is_int to see whether to create a new term.
