Blogger tags get imported as catagories

Description

When importing my blogger blogs all of my blogger tags become new categories in wordpress. This causes me to go and delete all of the crazy new categories that are useless to my readers.

I imagine there's a historical reason for why tags got mapped to categories. Have you tried the categories to tags converter?
