twentyten loop.php code formatting indenting so that while loop is apparent and very long lines shortened.

Additional Details

Should not be a candidate for 3.0, because that ship needs to sail.

If this patch is accepted will review the additional files for this issue.

For long lines I didn't force the old school 80 char limit, but some were just sooo long.

I spend much of my days reviewing themes that are based on Kubrick. I'm eager to see twentyten themes (child).

I think it's OK to close this as wontfix, we are two default themes ahead now.
