The suggested rewrite rules have crazy indentation (see attached screenshot).

Patch lines everything up nicely.

Do we need to clean up IIS too?

The IIS ones are stored in XML. With those we want to keep the indentation.

I wasn't sure if they were flush left though (for lines not intended). I know .htaccess were at one point as well. They look good though.
