Custom menus - adding links to pages needs checkbox for 'show subpages'

Description

A simple checkbox under the configuration for each link that is a page to 'show subpages' located under that page would make custom menus much more useful.

I think this should be plugin territory for now. The UI is already a bit overwhelming, adding more checkboxes would not make it easier to use.
