Windows IIS - Import Wordpress XML file

I tried to import an wordpress xml export file to the wordpress installation under a godaddy webserver account with IIS 6 under windows.

I got the following error msg:

Sorry, there has been an error.

The uploaded file could not be moved to D:\Hosting\2516496\html\wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/06.

I would suggest to check with the shared hosting provider as it looks like the permissions on the upload directory are set incorrectly.
