Error When trying to delete an image with the pop up media library

Dismiss“ALOT” has failed to upload due to an error
You do not have permission. Has your session expired?

This is the error I receive when doing these steps:

Add an image to a post, the image popup will appear, uploads fine, click on media library, 'show' a media image and click "Delete Permanently" it will display a dismiss link with a message saying it was trying to fail the upload due to an error, however I wasn't uploading, I was deleting.
