http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ currently just says "Very very soon. We promise.". Since it's linked to from the Themes page of the WordPress admin, it would be better if it said something along the lines of:
"Coming very soon. We promise. In the meantime, check out the list of themes on the Codex"
