WordPress Importer missing with WPMU 2.9.2 upgrade to 3.0 (MS)

Description

If a user upgrades from WPMU 2.9.2 to 3.0 MultiSite, following problem happens on WordPress XML importer.

When I visited Tools > Importer menu, it asked me to install the WordPress importer plugin. But when I clicked the Install Now button, it said folder already exists and install failed.

So I deleted the folder, visited Importer page and installed the WordPress Importer plugin, then activated network wide.

Importer works without problems, but it shows the maximum size 0 "Choose a file from your computer: (Maximum size: 0)."

Importers are now plugins.

Also, your upload limit is related to your server settings.
