    11I am currently running 4.5-beta2 and it seems the problem is still there, is that correct? In which build will this be fixed so I can test?

     4EDIT: Checked the files and it seems your sollutions was allready in this build. Also, I can constantly add menu items, this works ok, but my selection for the menu locations keeps de-selecting after a sertain amount.
