Description
It appears that Posting by E-Mail is no longer available in WordPress 3.0 with Network enabled. There is no Posting by E-Mail section under Settings -> Writing for blogs created on the Network.

Posting by email was not available in MU either.
There is a filter (previously a constant) to turn it on: enable_post_by_email_configuration. See wp-mail.php.
