Category not showing ( Fresh Installation ).

I try to find the solution so far. All my solution couldn't solve this problem. Hosting support, Friend, forum support are no solution.

I can add a new category and I've found them in database, but all of categories don't display.

This is fresh installation, no plug-in active, just default theme active.

I've tried on 3.0.1, 3.0, 2.9.2 >> all version have same result.

I am not able to reproduce on trunk. I very much suspect that it's some issue specific to you.
