Description
I was running 2.9.2 and 5 plugins needed to be updated.
I upgraded to the es_ES latest version (3.0.1)
after this, all plugins are marked as updated. when it is not true.

/wp-admin/update-core.php is reloaded and nothing shows up
i upgraded wordpress not via the admin. just replaced the files, i dont know if that changes anything
