Always print plugin author name

Description

When plugin has one author, in repository you can see author's name, as entered by author in his/her profile. But when plugin has two or more author, repository shows their nicks only - ​example. I think repository always should show author names.

This was standardized across all plugins to nicks only along with avatar a few months back. We may change it again in the future.
