Description

The 'More information' link on the WordPress administration page for users (profile.php) does not seem to have a _blank target. It'd be better if it opened the codex link in a new window; will do away with the user having to use the back button of their browser.

Trivial bug report with a one liner patch attached. Take your time guys, this isn't priority ;)

Bump. Is this not required? I'll close it if it is not acceptable (cough).

I just thought people liked tabbed browsing more if things opened up in new tabs :)
