Dashboard RSS configure link causes box to move

Description
NB: no dashboard boxes can have been moved in order to reproduce (i.e. there is no meta-box-order_dashboard usermeta entry).
Click the configure link on either of the two RSS feed dashboard metaboxes (WordPress Blog or Other WordPress News).
Actual Page reloads with metabox showing a configuration form, but it is now in the left column.
Expected Page reloads with metabox in its original position showing a configuration form.
