Twenty Ten Theme - issue with Parent/child in navigation menu

Description

For testing I downloaded and used the theme test unit data. This creates 9 menu items for the main navigation bar. The last one of which is called 'Parent page'. When you hover over this link you get 'Child page 1' and hovering over that you then get 'Child page 2'.

Problem is, this is the last item on the navigation bar, so those without wide screens will be unable to see what the sub menu of 'Child page 1' actually is.

Sadly I can't think of a CSS solution, and I think it would have to be a javascript fix - which is beyond my skills.

The issue may be minor, but as it is highlighted very easily by simply using the theme test data it perhaps should be looked at.

I have a test site: http://wordpress.elfden.co.uk/ which shows this issue much better than I could describe it. Just reduce your browser width to 1100 or below to see it.

May have incorrectly marked this as accessibility, not 100% sure where it would fit to be honest.

Unfortunately not an apparent fix for this issue, it's common to all the default themes and lots of children nav menus.
