Description
I walk dozens of new users through the WordPress interface and every once in a while I find areas where we can easily improve usability.
New users often have a hard time finding how to upload an image. I see them regularly click on "upload" and "insert" they don't realize they need to click on the icons to the right of upload/insert.
The fix is super easy, just add a colon after upload/insert. That will indicate that it is the icons to the right and not the words themselves that allow users to upload images.
Other solutions include adding a bit of color to the icons and/or making upload/insert a link.
