Make an option to disable self-pings

Every time you refer to one of your own pages it pings your own blog.
I currently use the "No Self Ping"-plugin (​http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/no-self-ping/) to prevent that, but there should be definitely a built-in option for it.

I don't think this is something worth a UI option for.

If you don't want it you can install the plugin which is simple and has no UI.

We don't add options without very good reason. A) Pings should simply work, and B) there's already a plugin for it that does exactly as described. So we would not add an option for this.
