If you edit a post you don't get any visual editor at all - no icons (at least with google chrome dev). In IE9 it works as expected.

Same problem. All plugins deactivated. Error cropped up in changeset 15683 when TinyMCE was upgraded to v3.3. Firebug reports the following error:
b.mceInit is undefined
The error is isolated to TinyMCE; other JavaScript functions work as expected including the media manager.
