Description
So if you mark a user as a spammer, they can't log in. Which ... YAY. This is a great way for me to handle my dinks :)
But can I have a message pop up when they try to log in 'Your account has been suspended. Please contact <site admin email> if you feel this was in error.' Just like it's done for spam BLOGS.
Right now it just sends them in an endless can't log in loop, sans feedback.

If you try to log in as a 'spammed' user, you get:
ERROR: Your account has been marked as a spammer.
This has been the case since the mu merge. See [12879].
