Description

Small tweak to css to make updates stand out a little more with the adminbar.

You'll want to provide a patch for the *.dev.css version of the file instead of the normal compressed file. The dev CSS and JS files are compressed by the committer before commit.

(Use define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true); in wp-config.php to get your install to make use of the dev files)
