Description

besides the fact that domanins can now have any characters in theme, web servers still cannot do the difference between %C4%83%20%C8%99%20%C8%9B%20%C3%AE (ă ș ț î) and it gives an error

a simple ă=a, ș=s, ț=t, €=e converter
