user.php paging fails for large number of users

Description

Tested on single site installation with ~3,100 users. Although it's fine to go to wp-admin/users.php?paged=5, however clicking the AJAX paging arrows always causes an error notice "An error has occurred while loading the items."

Actually, ignore this... broken by me outputting queries on shutdown #fail
