codex function reference enhancment

Description

on every page of the function reference in the codex, it would be nice to have a link back to the function reference, so I don't need three clicks (developer resources in the sidebar, plugins, function reference) just to look up another function.
a breadcrumb trail would probably work nicely.

I've added the Tag Footer template to each of the functions with the links to Function Reference and Template Tags.

BTW, everyone can make the required modifications to the Codex using their wordpress.org account.
