Description

Data send to server needs to be rawurlencoded. The attached patch patches all open ajaxcat tickets (#1573, #1584). I'll close those momentarily.

I just added a better patch: dynamo7.diff. This file includes all of the changes from dynamo6 and also supports FF/NS, Safari, IE, Opera.

dynamo6.diff does NOT need to be applied (and can be deleted).
