Deactivaided wigdets, delete them all at once!

Description

Sorry for writing faults, I am still learning English!
But when you change your theme all your widgets will deactivate, and if you don't use 10 anymore or more you will be busy to delete them because I don't see the point of leave them their to collect dust.

So it would be easy to delete them all at once or a selected few

That seems dangerous, and it's an extremely rare action to warrant another link in the UI. It really isn't that difficult to do. Closing as wontfix. You can do this in a plugin (or even a DB edit) if you wanted to.
