Operating a SELECT causes the admin bar's first menu to open

This bug occurs using Chromium 8.0.552.224 (0) on Arch Linux, but not in Firefox.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a page containing: <select></select>
• Visit said page while logged in as admin
• Click the select, or access it via the keyboard

What happens:

• The first menu of the admin bar (.ab-my-account-with-avatar) drops down as if it had been hovered over
