Gzip option still installing in options table.

Description

When doing an install, the old option for GZIP compression (gzipcompression) is still added to the options table. Gzip was removed. Just something that needs to be cleaned up. Thanks.

This is addressed in #12996, although perhaps gzipcompression and advanced_edit can be removed in 3.1.
