Description
Switch from:
"If you want your blog homepage to be different than the directory you installed WordPress in, enter that address here."
to:
"If you want your blog homepage to be different than the directory you installed WordPress in, enter that address here. (Be sure to read <a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress#Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory"> Giving WordPress Its Own Directory</a> first.)"
This should hopefully cut down on the number of confused souls who don't realize they need to copy the index.php file from the WordPress root folder and then modify the file location of wp-blog-header.
