Description

An easy improvement suggestion : add rel="tag directory" to internal links pointing to categories (support for Technorati Blog Finder)

(This implies trivial changes to add to get_the_category_list() and list_cats() )

They work just fine with rel tag, and I'm not in the mood to support another semi-arbitrary Technorati-specific feature right now.
