All updates have been completed

Description

I tried to update 12 plugins at once, one of them ended with red error message "An error occurred while updating PLUGIN_NAME: Could not remove the old plugin."

But in the end of Update page is message "All updates have been completed."

And that is not right, because one plugin was not updated.

Don't show "all updates completed" message if there were errors. Also fix duplicate full stop.

  • Keywords has-patch added

I thought about adding a "all updates not successfully completed" message but it seems unnecessary given that you have big red signs already telling you what the errors were.

  • Version 3.1 deleted

I think it could be a message displayed saying that the plugins were updated, except, and below except the list of plugins and their respective errors.
