Old/unused arguments in wp_dropdown_categories/wp_list_categories

Description

There are some arguments in wp_dropdown_categories/wp_list_categories that appear to be relics from the past:

show_date, show_last_update and include_last_update_time use the last_updated_timestamp property of a category object - which doesn't exist (I'm guessing it did long time ago). Trying to use either of these arguments doesn't work, and just triggers errors. Looks like they should have been removed when last_updated_timestamp was removed?
