Description

I'd like to see some form of photo management, similar to the link management. Upload and thumbnail creation already exists. There would be a need for choosing destination directory on any upload, with the assumption that the thumbnail created would also go in that directory. Also, possibly the ability to upload a zip file of images to a directory and have it be unpacked and thumbnails generated.

Categories to organize the images would work well. And of course, template tags to add your "gallery" to your site.

Please use one of many custom plugins available to upload/manage/display photos. This feature will almost certainly not be included in the core.
