Description

When selecting multiple posts and using Bulk Actions to Edit the adding or removal of categories, Adding is OK, but removal draws a blank. Have to use individual Quick Edit or Regular Edit to remove categories.

There's a more recent ticket as well, that remains open (IIRC). Can't find it though.

Yes well 2 years ago for #8690 and 11 months for #13397. a bit collieonepass i'd say
I could also say that the ability to quickly bulk edit categories is needed or should I say appreciated. I can not find a more recent ticket.. why close this one?

Because older tickets deserve respect. :)

Our policy is to close new tickets as duplicates, not the other way around.

If you have a clear argument that you feel wasn't considered until now, feel free to re-open #8690.
