here attached some deprecated still used in 3.2 bleeding (as of 04/17/11) + some miscellaneous php errors

Those look like they're originating from active plugins and/or the current theme. The files referenced are those throwing the notices, not the code responsible for triggering them.

Could you confirm if they persist with Twenty Ten and no plugins?
