Description
When you are ording a page some persons like me. I have seen in some forum software packs that you can visually see how you order the pages like afer page 'X'. Bit like costum menus but now you don't need to make a whole menu first for only replacing one page.
Of course their need to be an option to change back to the numbers for people who don't like this ;)

One of the reasons custom menus were introduced was precisely to make it easier to create a list of pages that's easy to order.
If you still need to order pages using the menu_order field, consider using one of the many plugins for this purpose, such as My Page Order.

I don't understand what do you mean, do you want the same drag&drop as we have for custom menus for the page screen?
