Contextual Help Tab Updates For Changed Features

Some of the new features are creating small inaccuracies in the current help tabs content. Here's my current list:

1. The DFW screen/zone/space/mode supercedes the old fullscreen in visual mode for posts. Patch attached for what it currently looks like. Could change as DFW is tweaked.

2. If the Make/UI discussion leads to no title bars or dashboard changes, this will require some easy but comprehensive changes in the help tabs for several screens, starting with Dashboard and Widgets.

3. Haven't found, yet, any changes needed for AJAX tables, Press This, or Multisite. More eyeballs?

4. The new Twenty Eleven theme seems to have exposed that there is no pre-set, individualized help tab attached when any theme creates a theme options screen. I'm thinking this should be a different ticket because this is an existing hole rather than a new one created by the changes.

Question: can we have specific help tab content for the new screens in 3.2? Credits is easy -- describe the functionality of creating a profile on wp.org/trac/codex/support forums. I put a draft up on #17384 but can move it here and put it in my omnibus patch.

It's better for consistency to have specific help tabs for all screens, but Freedoms has a counterargument: the only functionality is "follow the links" and anything to be said maybe should be visible (and already is) in the screen itself. This is in line with the position that the Freedoms screen should be there even in all site admins in a multisite network.

The two patches I've already uploaded, for Add New Post/Page and Dashboard, should be far and away the help tabs that needed the most complicated updating. I'm expecting any other tabs would need tiny changes at most. Of course, Theme Options (now separate ticket #17357), Credits, and Freedoms still don't have non-generic help.
