Description

The TinyMCE in WordPress 3.2 is showing both the Visual and HTML bars by default.

Switching between the tabs restores the bar to the proper bar.

Haven't been able to reproduce this in over two weeks. Please reopen with more details, i.e. any JS errors, anything else not working, etc. if this is still happening.
