Distraction Free Writing doesn't respect my love of the blue theme

Description
As a user, I choose to use the beautiful blue theme. The new distraction free writing makes it easier for me to write blog posts, but it does make things a bit to grey. The attached patch makes the top bar and dashed border blue. Ot also makes me a Happy Panda.

We generally stick to lowercase letters for colors as it's easier to read.
I think you would have accepted the fact by now that my writing is not the easiest to read. At least I don't think any parts of this patch need to be spell checked....maybe

- Keywords ui-feedback added
New ticket removes colors from wp-admin.css so that fresh and classic match other then for colors. Also switches the gradient for both of them to the gradient that is used for the box headers per suggestion of Jane.
