Add "view post" analog to "edit post" item in adminbar

When we're viewing a single post, not in the admin side, we get a "Edit Post" (or otherwise post_type-appropriate string) in the admin menu. When editing a post in adminland, we should also have an analog "View Post" in the exact same place.
